Yung Miami, Jada Kingdom, Aidonia, Skeng & Jahshii Represented at Sandz X

KINGSTON, JAMAICA – April 3, 2024 – Sandz Caribbean Music Festival dubbed Sandz X in celebration of 10 years held on April 1^st at Plantain Cove in St. Ann, saw the biggest turn out of VaCae Weekend from March 29^th to April 1^st. The event created a massive buzz having crowds of patrons showing up 2 hours before the start time to avoid the usually expected traffic. Sandz X, however, saw a smooth flow of traffic and was incident free. Promoters from Twenty 14 Limited (curators of Sandz) had announced after their 1^st staging for the year in January that safety and security would be their top priority for all stakeholders involved. 

The event sported an Egyptian themed décor and set up with several celebrities spotted in the VIP sections including international influencer and socialite Jayda Wayda; recording artistes Valiant, Starr Dawkins; and multiple social media influencers and bloggers. CEO of Twenty 14 Limited Andrew Ellis shared, “This staging of Sandz was smooth-flowing and incident free. We increased our security and made changes to our layout to avoid any congestion in our lines and even in the venue. As we grow, we continue to improve to create an ideal atmosphere for great entertainment”. 

Sandz X hosted music from a stellar line up of deejays including A Team, Wayne Ed X Junior Killa, X-Factor, Vinchi, Bishop Escobar, and Kevin Crown from New York. The night’s entertainment was amplified with a performance from ‘muma heavy’ Jada Kingdom who performed singles such as ‘What’s Up’, ‘GPP’, ‘Gen Z Jezebel’, and ‘Win’ to name a few. Yung Miami’s performance followed, where she was joined on stage by dancer and influencer Rebel. Both performances were well received but were topped off with a surprise electrifying performance from the 4^th Genna boss Aidonia, as well as dancehall artistes Skeng and Jahshii.

The Directors at Twenty 14 Limited are now focused on Sandz Caribbean Music Festival in Florida on May 27^th; Sandz in New York, June 8^th; Sandz Toronto, July 6^th; Sandz, Ocho Rios August 1^st; and for the very 1^st time Sandz St. Elizabeth, October 20^th.
