With a rousing performance, vibrant Jamaican recording artiste Vyzadon rocked the stage in September during the 1st staging of the live performance special, ‘The Mixer’. Hosted on the popular television programme OnStage’s YouTube platform, ‘The Mixer’ streamed live to viewers worldwide.

Sharing a stage with the profound Agent Sasco and reggae powerhouse Sizzla Kalonji, Vyzadon delivered a stellar performance that was well-received by viewers. Performing two of his popular singles, ‘Vapor’ produced by Squirl Entertainment and ‘One Day’ produced by Yohannes Production, Vyzadon showcased his lyrical versatility and stage dominance. He said, “I was backed by Ruff Kutt band and worked alongside two talented background vocalists who helped to make the performance newsworthy. It was a great experience to provide entertainment to people who can’t get to enjoy stage shows like they use to because of COVID-19”.

This would prove to be another professional milestone under the artiste’s belt with another notable performance ‘Bob Marley Festival’ (2017) sharing the stage with popular acts such as Damian ‘Jr Gong’ Marley, and Stephen Marley. Following his progress in previous years, Vyzadon made big strides in 2019 releasing his collaboration with the ‘She Nah Leggo’ artiste Lanz on the single, ‘Guide Me’.

In addition to a successful performance and the warm reception of fans and viewers, Vyzadon’s single ‘Unfriend Yuh’ produced by G3K Music is a featured soundtrack on the first episode of reality TV show, ‘Dancehall Divas’.  The Canadian-based show will be aired locally and internationally ultimately catapulting Vyzadon’s music.

Executive Producer of Dancehall Divas, Heather Elliott noted that she was strategic when selecting Vyzadon’s song as she and by extension, the show is very supportive of young talents.  She said, “We were very keen on using our platform to help young and emerging artistes alike to get their music out there. Some of our Divas are in the same category, so naturally, having artistes like Vyzadon in our first episode was not only strategic, it was somewhat personal. We used his popular hit ‘Unfriend You’ as a dub for one of the cast members. There is so much talent out there and we wanted to do our part to help those who needed a little push”.

With 2020 proving to be a busy and notable year for the artiste, he is set to release the video for the single ‘Gyal You Nah Fire’ produced by G3K Music. He can be followed on Instagram @Vyzadon.
