Updating and thanking her Besties all day the queen of the Dancehall Grace Hamilton aka SPICE has created history with her MIRROR 25 album. Dropping yesterday the 25-track album debuted at #2 in the USA, all genres chart, without  major label backing.

MIRROR 25 is #1 in Jamaica, Canada, Israel, Italy, UK, Cayman Islands, Antigua & Barbuda, Trinidad and Saudi Arabia! Spice posted “Look at Little Gracie, Jesus I see what you’ve done”

The Gospel track on the album is #1 on the Apple Music Christian/Gospel chart and Spice tearfully told her mother Angela that she has finally done a song she would’ve been able to sing.

August 8th, 2024 (Kingston, Jamaica) – A witty and deeply appreciative ‘Professor Nuts’ knelt before the MIRROR 25 Queen after she honored him with one of 12 crystal microphones at her exclusive press launch event at the J. Wray and Nephew lounge in New Kingston.

The Grammy® Award-Nominated, chart-topping, global superstarSpice, has been in a reflective, grateful and thankful mood this week, honoring 12 individuals who have been instrumental on her 25 year journey. As she told her story on stage she honored Professor Nuts, Big A, Heavy D, Earlton Clarke, Ninja Man, Bounty Killa, Vybz Kartel, Shaggy, Sean Paul, Dave Kelly and Cham.

And for the first time in Jamaica, a dancehall artiste awarded 17 media houses for their career support. Spice said it’s not a small thing but a very big thing to publicly say thank you to the local media that have consistently given her air-play, television coverage and print space. It’s every artiste’s wish to be celebrated in their own country and I’m blessed with that.

The exclusive event was capped off with a riveting performance of their track SUPER HERO / Super Glue by Pamputtae, Jada Kingdom and the Queen herself.

MIRROR 25, her third studio album, is outvia Spice Official Entertainment with distribution through Empire.  The twenty-five-track album is the DJ’s legendary sound infused with a kaleidoscope of rhythmic energies, embracing a melting pot of genres.
