Dancehall artist Pablo YG rings in his 21st birthday with the help of Jahvillani on his new track, “Celebration.” Produced by YGF Records, it serves as the lead single from his newly announced debut album, Key to the Century, set to drop later this year.
The song and video are out today via VP Records.
Pablo YG and Jahvillani trade verses on the jubilant new track, name-dropping the fruits of their labor, from the flashiest cars to the finest fabrics. The duo, both hailing from Ocho Rios on Jamaica’s north coast, have previously teamed up on tracks like “King of the Coast,”“Headshot,” and “Young N Free.” Boosted by an infectious chorus, their latest effort is primed for the fast-approaching summer party season.
The release follows the first annual Juvi Fest, Pablo’s headlining concert named for his other moniker, “Bad Juvi.” Held on February 22, the birthday event featured performances from Valiant, Skeng, Skippa, Jahvillani, and more.
Last year, Pablo dropped Rich N Richer, an EP named after his breakout hit. His rapid rise has drawn attention from Billboard, Viper Mag, and streaming star Kai Cenat, who reacted to “Rich N Richer” live on stream. Up next, he heads to the U.K. for tour dates starting April 5.
“Celebration” is out now on all platforms.
