The Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen cranked up the flavour for the second installment of its five-week “Off The Menu” series on Thursday, August 29. The culinary and mixology showcase was headlined by Courtleigh Hotel’s executive chef, Johann Zwahlen, alongside mixologist Brian Broderick, who guided attendees in crafting their signature Johnnie Walker Whisky Berry cocktails, setting the tone for an exquisite evening of culinary excellence.

Chef Zwahlen led guests through a meticulously curated menu that ventured beyond the usual offerings of the Courtleigh Hotel. Attendees were taught to prepare butter salmon, paired with sweet potato, bok choy, and a soy ginger glaze, topped off with a rich Jamaican chocolate mousse topped with coconut brittle and coconut cream.

Throughout the evening, guests revelled in the hands-on experience of creating their meals while sipping on their mixed Johnnie Walker whisky berry cocktails, making it a night to remember.
